Products over 5kg (larger professional kits and bulk orders) may have different shipping costs, automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart weight.
If your package hasn't arrived within 21 days of dispatch, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Your choice — no questions asked.

If you did not purchase shipping protection and your order arrives damaged, you will need to place a new order. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged item.
Need to update your address?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for a free address update. After shipping, Australia Post charges a $12 redirection fee which we pass through at cost.
Pre-order products ship on the estimated date shown at checkout. We'll email you when your order is dispatched with full tracking details. If there are any delays to the estimated shipping date, we'll notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
